Understand consumption
Estimated Wi-Fi and mobile consumption by app, with period charts and date selection. Android statistics may be delayed or grouped.
Meters for each network
Identify networks by name when permissions allow, and reset independent meters while retaining history. Tracking runs independently of blocking.
Choose what connects
Two switches per app: Wi-Fi and mobile data, plus block-all choices. Rules apply when protection is enabled using an on-device VPN, without a remote VPN server.
Warnings and limits
A warning as you approach your chosen budget, with optional cutoff at the limit. Cutoff requires active protection and cannot guarantee zero overrun.

The current test build stores measurements and settings locally, with no account, ads or analytics SDK. Location permission identifies Wi-Fi names, not GPS coordinates. Blocked packets are discarded without storing their contents. This is not an anonymity VPN and does not encrypt permitted traffic; it may conflict with another VPN. Results depend on Android, permissions and battery management. Meters do not replace your provider’s billing records.
Preparing for release
This is a preview of the full app, previously named SSID Ledger. Public downloads have not started. A download link and dedicated privacy policy will follow after testing and publication details are finalized.
