About this version

Netvoryn is a utility for local network consumption and optional app blocking. Initial public release 0.8.0. Notice version 3 · 28 October 2026. It is not an antivirus, anonymity service or encrypted remote VPN.

Local data

We store Wi-Fi names, estimated received/sent totals, hourly network history, meter baselines and resets, limits, warning preferences, selected blocking packages, display preferences and agreement version/time. Android per-app statistics are read with permission and held in memory rather than a persistent app-usage database.

Your permissions

Location identifies Wi-Fi names, not GPS coordinates. Usage access enables app statistics. Notifications show service status and budget warnings; a network name may appear according to your lock-screen settings. VPN consent enables local blocking. Each permission is optional and requested separately after this notice. Declining limits its feature; revoke permissions in Android settings.

Blocking & its limits

With your consent, selected apps' packets enter an on-device VPN and are discarded. We do not inspect, store or share packet contents or send them to a VPN server. Other apps connect directly. Only one VPN can run; protection may replace another VPN. Permission alone does not start blocking. Do not enable Android's Block connections without VPN. Allowed traffic is not encrypted by this app. Stopping protection or its service ends blocking. Limit cutoff requires explicit activation and running protection. System exceptions, other Android profiles and hotspot clients may not be covered. Zero overrun is not guaranteed.

Background activity & accuracy

After setup, opening the app starts tracking independently of protection: typically every second while visible, every 30 seconds in background, and about every second for armed cutoff while protection runs. Android may delay or stop services. Stop tracking from its notification; reopen after force-stop or reboot. Measurements may include local transfers. Android statistics can be delayed or grouped; app charts may use estimates. These are not provider billing records or guaranteed remaining allowance.

Retention & deletion

Hourly network and meter-reset history older than 90 days is cleaned up when measurements are written; totals and preferences remain until cleared or uninstalled. Local diagnostics rotate at about 512 KiB combined, with times, service states and error types, not Wi-Fi names, app lists, IP addresses, URLs or packet contents. Diagnostic retention is size-based, not a fixed duration. Clear Android app storage or uninstall to delete local data. Backup and transfer backup are disabled; lost data may not be recoverable. USB diagnostic review is at your request; exported copies must be deleted separately.

No remote collection

This build has no account, analytics or advertising SDK. It does not upload, sell or share recorded data with a remote service. Android manages its own system functions. Future advertising, remote processing or materially changed use needs an updated notice and any required separate consent before activation.

Terms of use

Use only on devices you are authorized to manage and in accordance with applicable law. You control blocking and must keep essential communications available. This initial release may contain defects; do not rely on it for emergencies, security guarantees or billing. You may stop services, revoke permissions or uninstall at any time. Nothing here waives rights that applicable law does not permit to be waived. Decline to exit without completing setup.

Publisher & contact

Responsible publisher: Mohammad Jamal Abdulnaser Maamo. Support and privacy requests: mmwmhmd723@gmail.com. Full notice: https://mohammadmaamo.com/privacy/netvoryn . Public downloads and updates are manual from the official website; no automatic installation. Keep the production signing identity for future updates. Android 10+ is supported for installation, while named Wi-Fi metering requires Android 12+ and the required permissions.

Website and support

Opening a download or policy page sends a request to Cloudflare hosting, which may process IP address, time, browser and path for delivery and security. This is separate from the app’s local usage records. If you email support, your address and message are used to handle your request; do not send passwords, keys or sensitive logs. You may request deletion of correspondence, subject to necessary legal obligations.
